In the Zone?

I have noticed over the past few weeks that I have been "in the zone" for longer % of my day than I normally experience. This "presence" applies to many different aspects of my life and I am thankful that I am experiencing this state of being! The essence for me is when time passes effortlessly and I "blink" and realize an hour has gone by or maybe more! The total engagement is very satisfying...full focus and living in the moment. The last few weeks have also been full of social and cultural events that have provided a rich tapestry of experiences to my life. It is interesting how momenteum is created by seeking out and embracing "offered" experiences. In addition it is "earth moving" season in the garden so I have been moving compost and digging flower beds etc. Very satisfying "physical" work that is balancing off my "head driven" state of being which I think also adds to my "flow" state. I long to be off work to spend time around the house, garden and garage and the time is coming next week. I can hardly wait! Two "ideas" around potential projects have hit my conscious state: One is to write an article on my life of bicycle riding and submit it to Impact Magazine...the other is to live in a "Flat" in Brighton England for 3 months. For some reason I am getting sentimental about spending sometime in my country of birth. I am really not sure where this is coming from but I find the idea very intriguing!
