Heart Alignment Verses the Here and NOW?

I have been sitting in front of my computer screen for a few minutes now trying to determine how to structure this blog entry?
There is a desire on my part to express my position but at the same time a reluctance to do so? A classic struggle of wanting to explore concepts vrs maintaining my privacy?
The expansion of my heart shakra coupled with an ability to be more open and receptive to opportunities is an area I would like to explore more?
I want to look deep inside myself and the people I am close with and others to determine the true essence of my connection with them. At times this "awareness" is somewhat unsettling as the "feelings" represent directions that require risk taking and the "shaking up" of the status quo. I am somewhat skeptical at times that the "feelings" are manifested and do not truly represent a "heart driven" connection but fall more under the category of "games" my ego is playing with me.
Some people "stir me up" and get me going in ways that often (but not always) feel foreign to me. They "bump up" against me in ways that get my imagination going. I am often intrigued as to how this connection happens and more times than not I do not follow through with further exploration. The whole issue of restraint and holding back often governs the outcome of the experience and for sure, the depth of the encounter...
Well.. I am done blogging for this morning.....onto the bicycle and out into the world I must go
